Shipping Policies
- Purchased items are normally shipped the next business day after payment has been verified. If you need expedited shipping please contact us.
- Some items are listed with a flat rate shipping charge which applies to the lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii and foreign destinations will need to inquire about shipping charges to their areas.
- Shipping is normally via UPS Ground or US Postal Service Priority Mail depending on the item size and weight.
- If shipping is not specified then the actual UPS or USPS cost will be charged plus a $2 packing and handling fee.
- If you prefer some other shipping method please ask and every effort will be made to accomodate you.
- Larger items that need to ship via freight may require palletizing or full crating prior to shipment. Extra charges will apply based on the time and materials involved.
- Customer pick-up is available by prior arrangement, any item will be loaded onto your truck at no extra charge.
- Shipping damage can and does occur, it is the responsibility of the reciever to note any package damage at the time of delivery.
- UPS shipments are automatically insured for $100. Additional insurance can be provided at cost per your request.
- Please report any shipping damage to the carrier immediately. Failure to do so can result in the loss of damage claims.
- If there is any other problem with the shipment please contact us and we will resolve the problem ASAP.
